usb网卡的驱动安装问题

网卡为鹰泰的1550 usb无线网卡，安装说明上要求卸载usb-uhci模块，加载uhci.o模块，可是在加载uhci是出现如下提示：

在当前目录下可以看到有uhci.o这个模块，但就是加载不了，求助啊！
ps: 系统已经安装了8039的网卡

没有找到这硬件啊。
在安装目录下应该有.log文件，把它贴出来吧。它能够告诉你是怎么回事。

安装目录指的是哪个目录啊?我是新手.
usb设备在linux下可以直接拔么?不需要象在windows下先停用设备?
另外,我的机器上在安装系统时已经装了内置的网卡,现在想卸载8139too,可是提示设备忙,不能卸载,怎么办?
