配置skyeye时出错

在rh9中将skyeye－0。8。0。0解包后按照readme所说，执行./configure --target=arm-elf --prefix=/usr/local出现错误

Configure in /home/chenv/skyeye/sim failed, exiting.

是不是因为GTK没有装？
如果安装需要哪些包？

我的也出错了,当我使用make时,下面是出错的提示:
