（求助）Linux-2.6.10编绎并安装后引导失败。

我下载并编绎了Linux-2.6.10的系统内核，之后安装成功了，但是使用新内核引导时失败。我查了很多相关的帖子，都找不到原因。请高手帮帮我好吗？

我编绎内核的步骤：
[root@localhost linux-2.6.10]: make gconfig
....配置内核，完成之后：
[root@localhost linux-2.6.10]: make
....编绎过程，完了之后：
[root@localhost linux-2.6.10]: make modules_install install

三个过程结束之后我重启机器，使用2.6.10的内核引导失败。下面是引导暂停时屏幕的最后一段信息：

etx3文件系统有没有编译？

ext2,ext3要编译进核心，不要作为模块加载。上面的错误是发生在initrd初始化时。
