又一个MPLAYER的问题

一切安装正常，也能正常使用。但用别的用户的时候总是有以下的错误提示。(用ROOT就没有)

我知道是权限问题呀，但问题是从“Linux RTC init error in ioctl (rtc_irqp_set 1024): 权限不够”怎么能看出我要chmod哪个文件？还望说的清楚一点

Try adding "echo 1024 > /proc/sys/dev/rtc/max-user-freq" to your system startup
mplayer should be setuid root or /dev/rtc should be readable by the user
