Problem of rpm installation ??

When i use rpm -ivh gnome-libs-devel-1.4.1.2.90-32.i386.rpm
I got the error message :
gnome-libs-devel-1.4.1.2.90-32.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: BAD, key ID db42a60e

I dont know why ? Please advice. Many thanks..
