地板下无法录音

可以放声音，MP3， 电影都可以放，声音很好，但无法录音，用GNOMEMEETING的话，显示，设备已经打开，但无法写入/DEV/DSP
,我用chmod 777 /dev/dsp
但我还是不可以录音，还是显示如此，设备打开，无法写入。
可以帮助吗
我用TOSHIBA SATELLITE 5200，谢谢。
