能把linux命令中的help汉化吗？

能把linux命令中的help汉化吗？在红旗4.1里面，有些命令参数汉化成中文，但是只汉化了一部分，现在我装FC4，能把命令参数汉化吗？

这都怎么了。。。最好中国人自己做一个系统，然后都是汉字的。。。
windows就那么几个破命令还没有汉化全呢。

3n啊，人家说得好象是命令后面的help吧，比如说
是
make  --help
不是
man make吧。。。
翻译这两个东西的做法完全不同啊。
