不能绑定到dhcp地址是什么意思，能否请高手解释一下？用户root还会Permission denied？

我确实没有开启任何其他的DHCP或Bootcp服务。

1. 用 netstat 检查有没有另一个进程已经在监听端口 67；
2. 检查你的 SELinux 配置是否允许以 root 来运行 dhcpd。
