How can i go into the xwindow directly when start the system without seeing the command line.

edit the /etc/inittab file
find the line that contain "id:3:initdefault:"

just change the number 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 to 5

eg:    id:5:initdefault:

then reboot

I don't think this will work with Debian.
for Debian you can change the value in /etc/X11/default-display-manager to something which  exists (kdm, gdm, xdm, etc).

that is right and he should install  bootsplash also;
