proftpd 为什么在ftp里总不能改属性

我按下面的方法设（limit那段试了nn次，n种方法），但用ftp1登录ftp后，目录属性权限怎么也改不了，总是说operation not permitted
也试过用chown ftp1 /home/www/www chmod u+xwr /home/www/www ,结果还是不行。到底怎么设啊。。我快疯了。。。

奇怪的是我用root远程登录设目录/home/www/www下的某文件夹为777时，这时ftp上此目录怎么改都行。。。
请问，到底怎么设才能让ftp上有全权限啊。。

这好像和ftp服务也就是proftpd无关。
你把proftpd服务关了。
在本机用ftp1登陆。也不能修改属性。也就是说你的用户和目录权限弄得不对。
我的建议是：
删除ftp1用户 ，和他的家目录。重建。
