安装linphone 求助！

安装linphone13.0的时候，首先使用./configure
最后提示我：
configure: error: Could not find a libspeex version that have the speex_encode_int() function. Please install libspeex=1.0.5 or libspeex>=1.1.6
我检查了一下/usr/lib目录。有libspeex.so.1.2.0，这个也不行吗?
