gcc为什么安装不了？

我用的是FC4，原来没有安装GCC，所以今天打算装GCC4.1, 有一个gcc-4.1.1.tar.bz2的包，可在配置config的时候，总是过不去：信息如下：

好象有些陷入了死循环，装gcc,还要用到gcc，和make。 所以有些头大了。
另外，由于网速的原因，不打算用yum install。 各位看看应该怎么弄啊？！
