N卡的驱动似乎不管用啊

我把网页放大到屏幕宽度（1920），滚动的时候很卡。于是看了一下glxgears。驱动用的都是185.18.36的。

看看内核模块加载了没有，看下xorg的log。

图片描述居然是小小的灰色字，被无视了……

我晚上回去看看log。不过我已经装了nVIDIA的网站上的那个驱动了。估计是用上了CPU，装上之后风扇开始狂转。现在fps已经明显不是那个值了。不知道现在的log还有没有参考价值。

NV9600GSO安装NV官方驱动，驱动正常，能用vdpau硬解高清，但是glxgears只有3200多。因为能正常用，所以也没去折腾了。

glxgears的fps和色深有很大关系，不过楼上的肯定没用上3D驱动，ml的nv驱动其实只是为编译mplayer的vdpau支持打出来，可能有些地方处理的不对，比如ld的路径之类的，最好还是安装官方的驱动。

7900GS，puppy装上NV的驱动pet包后就上15000+fps了，哈哈。
ML现在滚动图片、flash显示的比较多的网页还有点卡呢。

你赶紧换AMD的5870吧。难道你在等X2的？

一会我在puppy里用16位色再试试。

KDE“自动”的似乎是50Hz，比较奇怪。
在ML，16bit色，fps虽然上去了，但是用鼠标滚轮滚动图片比较多的网页部分时还是慢（比如下面的附件图片这部分，明显比无图的部分慢滚动）。
请问KDE4怎么重启X呀？Ctrl+Alt+Backspace不管用了，我改成16bit色后注销，控制台登录再startx弄的。
