can you emulate it from Wine? or make a dual boot?

Why not use Gimp? It is very similar to Photoshop. Of course, some functions are a little weak, but as far as normal applications are concerned, it's enough.

photoshop好像还没有linux的版本吧。也可能是我太孤陋寡闻了。
