我现在无法startx
提示如下
(EE) xf86OpenSerial: Cannot open device /dev/input/mouse0 > No such device.

该怎办？

找不到鼠标
在/etc/X11/XF86Config的Section "ServerFlags"中写入
AllowMouseOpenFail
不过这样你可能没有鼠标

这两个都已经安装好的了，我第一次安装后startx是正常的，就是我dselect升级了内核和X 后就出现了这个问题，启动就提示了mouse无法找到，纳闷的很，用xf86config或者用了原来第一次安装时候的XFree86config-4的文件都是最后mouse找不到。

你是不是升级的不完整，
这是我的 XF86Config-4，
其中 Generic Mouse 中使用 /dev/input/mice 也是提示无法找刀设备，
但 /dev/input/mice 的确是有，不过这个不影响使用。

另外我把 /lib/modules/内核版本/kernel/drivers/input/input.o 加载了。不知道是否有用 ?

估计是升级不完整，现在正在升级中。等我升级后参考你的XF86Config-4 再试试
debian我是第一次用的，感觉就是安装软件太方便了。以前一直不敢尝试，因为无法直接连通外面，现在有了adsl，终于抛弃了redhat 。

昨晚用用了一次 testing ，X 一挪动鼠标就死了
