a problem with fcitx

when i want to configure it i met a problim

[root@localhost root]# ~/.fcitx/config
bash: /root/.fcitx/config: Permission denied

so what shall i do?

btw. before i install the fcitx i can use the ctrl + space to use the chinput
but now after install it ctrl + space make no sense -_______-
who can help me?

不是这样的，这是一个文本文件，直接用编辑器编辑，记得加载中文环境，否则是乱码。
