开启rsh,其他文件怎么配置?

我打开了rsh服务
在本机上用 rsh localhost ls 可以看到文件列表.成功.
但我在其他机器上用 rsh myhost ls
提示 poll:protacal failure in circuit setup
这时怎么回事.急盼答复.
下面是我hosts.equiv内容
localhost
other
另hosts内容:
127.0.0.1   localhost
210.11.11.11  other

由于隐私,我把人家ip和主机名改了.
