我将要采访千千静听的作者。
我发现千千静听这个软件，使用了mpg123。
而据我所知，mpg123是基于gpl发布的。
我想知道在千千静听中使用这个decoder是否合法。

这要看他用了哪个部分。

那退一步讲，他如果用的是lgpl，那这样子对吗？

他如果没有修改 LGPL 的部分本身，而且是动态连接的，就不侵权。但如果修改了就不行了。

LGPL 第一条指的是你可以复制/重新分发源代码。建议再读一读下面的内容。

我想还问的是,千千静听使用了这个lib,但是根据我上面节选的LGPL,必须distribute a copy of this License along with the Library.但是我得到的软件中,没有LGPL这个协议.

那就有问题了。另外不知道他是不是宣称他对所有部分都拥有版权。这样实际上是连 BSD License 都要违反的。

而且:

4. 也就是说，他还必须能够提供这个库的源码。

好像GPL在中国是没有法律效力的，原因是没有有法律效力的中文译本。

合同法并没有说合同必须用中文。著作权法中关于“著作权合同”的条文中也没有。

退一万步讲，即使 GPL 完全没有法律效力，那著作权法就应该适用 (也就是说别人根本不可以复制或修改此程序)，而根本不等于作品就可以进入公有域。

today i have found more problem about the use of free sofware.
the first one is the stormcodec(暴风影音), which use Media Player Classic as its main program. but as far as I know Media Player Classic is release as a free software. but I cannot find any source code from its website.
the second one is the WPS Office, Linux version. in its /opt/Kingsoft/WPS Office 2005 Professional/office6/cfgs/link-wps  shell script, we can find

WINEDLLPATH
/bins/wpsserver
WPSSERVER
/.wps
WINEPREFIX
/bins/wps-glibc
WINELOADER
wps.exe
APPNAME
...
Linux
exec ./bins/wps-glibc ../

and these lines indicated that WPS Office use wine to emulate some windows files under the linux platform. but I still cannot find any Wine code on its website. what's more, I cannot find any information about the fact on using wine in the WPS Office!

is my opinion right? I hope for your reply. thx.

Obviously they are all in violation of (L)GPL and infringing copyrights.
