SCIM 0.8.0 发布啦！

scim-chinese 和 scim-tables 也做了相应的更新。

New features/updates of SCIM 0.8.0:

* Many improvements in Panel Gtk. Tray Icon is supported now.
* Uses UUID to identify the Server Factories, instead of plain int id.
* Supports any UTF-8 based locales in CommonBackEnd. Modify config "/SupportedUnicodeLocales" to set.
* Many bugfixes in Gtk2 IM Module and X11 FrontEnd.
* Split the Panel Gtk setup module out of the X11 FrontEnd setup module.


这个版本可以直接支持 en_US.UTF-8 locale。 当然支持其它 utf8 locale
也很简单，只要修改配置 /SupportedUnicodeLocales 就行了。
