安装软件时出错,请教大家

第一次实用LINUX上网,下了个BMP,在./configure命令后出现如下错误,
小弟是菜鸟,希望各位大虾能指点一二.先谢谢了.

make: *** 没有指明目标并且找不到 makefile。 停止。

开发包不全？

信息你就不能全贴出来么？

gcc 都不装，就想编译源代码了。

还想请教：是不是那些开发包都要安装才能编译代码。

最好都装，因为很难说以后装什么软件需要哪些包。
就是大了点…………
