"* Kernel 2.6.11 with reiser4 support (yeah on AMD64)
* X.Org 6.8.2 with fully working OpenGL support for ATi and nVIDIA cards (OpenGL for ati, nvidia and xorg-x11)
* Added the extmod module to xorg.conf that was missing since the ancient era ;)
* KDE 3.4.1 with all multimedia and network addons. 5 languages included: English, Italian, German, French, Spanish
* GNOME 2.10.1 with a fresh look
* XFCE 4.2 with a new layout
* Gentoo Linux Installer (experimental and that's a last minute add) one click away from the Desktop
* A bunch of updated and added packages like KOffice, Abiword, Gnumeric, Firefox, Thunderbird, amaroK, Kaffeine, Kdevelop, K3b, etc...
* Full proprietary video format support with CSS included (w32codecs can't be possible on AMD64 Linux platform ATM)
* A lot of testing, I hope that there are no more critical bugs"

对gentoo实在是又爱又恨啊
自己编译的性能就是高
但是编译的过程太痛苦了
