台式机安装ML2RC2失败

我也在安装时遇到了同样的问题，错误提示也一样。我的是液晶显示器、ATI显卡。采用的是硬盘安装法。

你的显卡不支持 frame buffer ?

不知道。我安装RED-FLAG,FEDRAL CORE等等都没有问题。准备转到ML上就装不上了。

PCI-E的有的新卡不支持frame buffer的，装了nvidia的驱动就ok了///

为什么ML不能先检查一下显示是否支持呢？不支持的干嘛要用啊

因为检测了也没有用,MI还没有文本界面的安装呢.

还有一种可能，就是你启动内核的时候没加 vga=788 参数。

        initrd (hd0,0)/dosutils/autoboot/mbinit~1.gz

这是GRUB的参数。没有加VGA=788。

重新配置X吧，另外，需要给kernel加上vga参数的。
