SOPA/PIPA 搞得开源界一片抗议，php 官网也打不开

今天打开 php.net 看不见首页了，就看到黑色背景下这些文字：

全都闹起来了。貌似us gov 有放弃这个法案的想法

问题是 us gov 也要看影音厂商的脸色。这事不好办，不过 gov 本身不会有大的问题，通过不同过的全都去喷议员们就行了。而且法律来说，这种方式不行可以改用另外的方式。这个法案估计是必然不通过，但估计可能会有替代法案或者别的什么通过。

不是放弃，是反对。
立法是议会的事情，白宫反对只是表明一种态度，未必能阻止的了，传统的厂商在议会游说方面更有优势。
