XGL好像还不支持KDE

查了很多资料,都没提到XGL对KDE的支持的文章,看来想在KDE下体验个效果还得再等些时间

kwin部分支持的是KDE4，所以现在来说的确不算支持

这个不清楚，不过，在suse下的kde中的效果远比gnome中好得多。简直就象xgl是kde的一样。

kde 程序在 xgl 下没有问题啊? 所有特效都能看见.
gnome 说的 gtk-pango-cairo-glitz 路线据说原生支持 GL , 但在 xgl 下也不见得更好, 相反,我感觉这种路线导致 gtk 程序更慢, 无论是 xgl 还是普通x 下,而且绝对更容易出错.

今天弄了一下午+晚上,还是弄不起来XGL For ML(或者是KDE),ML在编译的时候缺少好多的包,不象Ubuntu那样可以简单的APT

我用的是quinnsrc-compiz_0.0.13-0quinn15.tar.gz
出现以下提示.

xgl 必须用模块化的 xorg 7.0 以上, ml 用的好像还是 6.9, 所以会缺包.
dbus-1 libstartup-notification-1.0 这种包是有的, 但要编译需要 dbus-devel 这样的开发包.
