你的系统已经安装gtk2-2.4.13-9 了阿。
缺少的是开发包，下个开发包就可以了，不过看来fc3不是以devel命名开发包了，
去问问正在使用FC3的gtk2-2.4.13-9的开发包是什么，下载装上就可以了
自己编译gtk2.4很麻烦。
你这个错误是因为没有找到/usr/lib/pkgconfig/pangoxft.pc这个文件。
