怎样在win2k环境下将diskboot.img写入U盘?

我用的是windows 2000 sp4 操作系统。用BT下载了 Fedora Core 3 的 4 个iso文件。其中的FC3-i386-disc1.iso内有个 image 文件夹，内含一个叫做 diskboot.img文件。说明上说可以将此img文件写入u盘中，然后，通过U盘启动从而从硬盘安装FC3。

如何在windows2000环境下将此img文件写入u盘呢？

原image/readme如下：

This directory contains image files that can be used to create media
capable of starting the Fedora Core installation process.

...

The diskboot.img file is a VFAT filesystem image that can be written to a
USB pendrive or other bootable media larger than a floppy. Note that
booting via USB is dependent on your BIOS supporting this.  It should
be written to the device using dd.

在*nix里用dd命令可以，在windows就不太清楚了，只知道可以用rawwrite写到软盘里
