为什么我./configure老是有问题?

好几个安装软件都这样了..请问是什么问题?如何解决...请教

没有安装gcc
如果使用的是redhat系列的话
将“开发工具”那些东西都装上。
还有关于内核，KDE，GNOME的开发工具都装上。
