为什么 我的 鼠标的滚轮不能用 呀 ？

kudzu也能真确识别 他，可是 就是 滚轮 不能用 的 呀 ？？我是 菜鸟 不知道 怎么 解决 这个 问题，请大家帮忙！！
顺代在问一下，我的声卡 有声音 ，但是 也太小了，不知道有没有什么方法可以把声卡的声音改大呀 要不然那么小的生硬太难受了
