升级Xorg后X启动不了,附件里有完整的logfile

大家帮我看看,似乎是有什么地方配置有问题,但是我看不太懂。

我按你说的安装了,可是运行是乱码,不知道它说了什么。随便改了一下,还是出上面的错误。要带参数的吗??顺便贴一下configuration文件

不知道为什么。
我不知道,我就把XFree86的所有包卸载,把Xorg的所有包都装上,没有改任何东西。

你升级Xconfigurator包后,再运行Xconfigurator,完了再启动xorg的log在哪里?真的启动不了吗?
注: 必须要升级 Xconfigurator 才能支持xorg的配置。

因为运行的时候出来的是乱码,所以只能估摸着点。
是不是在运行Xconfigurator的时候不支持中文,也不知道。

XFree86的一个字体文件在第一次卸载的时候没卸载干净,又重新卸载一遍才成功。
是不是没有那个字体文件所以不能显示中文,然后新的又没找到??
运行Xconfigurator后的log文件和上面的差别不大,最后的错误都是
Fatal server error:could not open default font 'fixed'

自己去check一下/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/misc目录下面,有没有一个叫fixed的字体吧。

X什么字体都可以不要,但是不能不要fixed字体。

如果xorg是从fedora3之后的包编译来的,那么,出现这个问题很正常。
因为fedora的xorg不包含任何字体,而是把所有的字体放到了另外一个包里。

把Xfree86的base fonts包装一下吧。

或者自己去打包一个xorg,打开字体支持
