安装软件时遇到的问题

我在安装chmsee－0.9.5时输入命令“./configure”后出现了以下错误，请问是什么回事？"Package gtk+-2.0"是什么东西？怎么安装它呢？

另外，在安装xmms时出现了类似错误：
