webmin无法出现登录界面。一定要帮帮小弟。

用解压安装方法安装过了。用RPM方法也安装过了。
我的主机名是：xiang IP　：192.168.1.88
但我有浏览器上打http://localhost:10000 显示正在连接www.localhost.com 但操作越时
打开http://xiang:10000 就显示连接被拒绝。
我连登录的画面都没有，我操作上哪一步出现了问题。
我最后一次是用RPM方法安装的。
我也在论坛上搜索了webmin，但问题还不能解决。
大家有时间就回答一下我吧。

RPM安装方法如下：
