just use a ps/2 mouse instead,reboot the system,the system can detected the ps/2 mouse,the remove the original configure file,it will generate a new one,after login the system,change the ps/2 mouse to serial,then reboot again,during reboot,install the serial mouse,the following just the same as up.
forgot to tell u that my mouse is serial interface
