请问大家两个动作的命令

一个是在面板上添加控件，比如我在上面的面板上右键“添加到面板”选择其中的“窗口列表”。这样一个动作，如果我在终端上运行，应该使用什么命令？
二是更改桌面背景，在桌面上右键选“更改桌面背景”，选择替换的桌面，这样一个动作，如果我在终端上运行，应该使用什么命令？

用 【gconftool-2】 ，不过 panel 没我试过，你可以自己试一下。

gconftool-2 --type string --set /desktop/gnome/background/picture_options "none"
gconftool-2 --type string --set /desktop/gnome/background/primary_color "#4E3E29"
gconftool-2 --type string --set /desktop/gnome/background/secondary_color "#7F7F7"
