fcitx in debian doesn't work

I have used rh9 for more than a year, and changed
to debian recently. I add the URL mirror.dlut.edu.cn to my source.list.
it's really a fanastic and convient distribution,
but I encounter some problem when I use fcitx.
I just use "apt-get install fcitx" to install fcitx, and that's no problem. and I "export XMODIFIERS="@im=fcitx" ", then i start fcitx in command line by "fcitx", it started properly. but I can't input chinese. i inspected the file ~/.fcitx/config , it says that fcitx can be triggered by CTRL+SPACE, I tried it but still it doesn't work. please help me to figure our what the problem is, I will really appreciate your attention.

我的是这样的，不知对你有否帮助
# apt-get -y install fcitx
然后新建文件 /etc/X11/Xsession.d/95im-launch
在里面写入：
export XMODIFIERS=@im=fcitx
fcitx
重启后按ctrl＋空格就可以使用了
注：我的locale是zh_CN.UTF-8

谢谢，我的fcitx能使了，不过我还是不知道/etc/X11/Xsession.d/95im-launch 实干什么用的
我猜它可能是一个配置X服务器的文件，并且可以让X起动后自动运行fcitx，只是具体原理还不知道，不知道到那里能查到。还有我的locale是zh_CN GB2312也可以使。

这个文件名好像不是唯一的，好似25xchinput-start或者25input也是可以的（呵呵没试过），我也没有弄明白这个问题。作用大概就像你说的，在x启动过程中同时启动fcitx吧
