我安装php时，碰见以下问题。多谢帮忙。
安装zilib, 在使用make 命令时出现下面问题：
cc -O -DNO_snprintf -DHAS_sprintf_void -DNO_ERRNO_H -c -o example.o example.c
make: cc: Command not found
make: *** [example.o] Error 127

这是什么问题？

安装-jpeg-6b时，使用命令./configure时出现下面问题：
checking for gcc... no
checking for cc... no
configure: error: no acceptable cc found in $PATH

这些都是什么问题？

其他安装的时候，也是同样的问题.
