fvwm under FC4

hi there,
I am quite new to linux and am learing how to use it now...

when i tried to install & configure the fvwm under my FC4 i met some problems....pls do help me

1: i have make install fvwm successfully but when i tried to configure it, i found for my FC4 there is no Sessions folder under /etc/X11/gdm. I tried to create one myself and also make a file named FVWM as instructed in the forumn but seems it didn't work.

2: when editing the Xsession file( under /etc/X11/xdm) I found that mine got ony 93 lines instead of over 100 lines as others. But still I editted it by adding exec............ to it. I put these lines in

       exec -l $SHELL -c "$SSH_AGENT $DBUS_LAUNCH gnome-session"

       ;;
    twm)
        # fall back to twm
       exec -l $SHELL -c "$SSH_AGENT $DBUS_LAUNCH $SWITCHDESKPATH/Xclients.twm"
       ;;
    FVWM)
       exec -l $SHELL -c "$SSH_AGENT $DBUS_LAUNCH $SWITCHDESKPATH/Xclients.fvwm"
       ;;
    *)

however it doesn't work as well.....which made me very sad and helpless.
