在虚拟机VMware中无法显示图形化？

我想问一下这是怎么回事，我以前也在虚拟机vmware中装过Linux,当时是成功的，没出现什么问题，然而现在重装后居然无法显示图形界面，不知是怎么回事？麻烦帮忙解决一下。

我只能进行命令方式登陆，当我在root目录下输入 startx 时，它显示无法登陆x方式，  .......... The guest x server must run at the same depth and bpp  as the host (which are currently 24/32).This is automatically detected.Please not specify a depth on the command line or via the config file........
