I'm using LINUX to join Internet!~`
but cann't input Chinese !~`
my linux is  redhat 7.2  ,  having minichinput

the result of running chinput is following :

Chinput Version 3.0.2 --XIM Server
Distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL)
Basic: Cannot open font -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-big5-0

vi .bash_profile
LANG="zh_CN"
export LANG

you may need to edit /usr/lib/Chinput/Chinput.ad, remove or comment some big5 line, just like I did before, then restart X-window
