Mplayer播放高分辨率avi文件问题

播放一个400M＋长度为20+分钟的avi文件，mplayer启动后瞬间退出，看起来似乎和该影片分辨率有关，是1280x720的，会不会是mplayer不支持这样的分辨率的影片呢。
这个问题该怎么解决呢。。
