FC5的ext3分区文件名乱码

FC5的ext3分区中文文件名乱码，但是系统所在的ext3分区正常。
NTFS分区是用mount /dev/hdc4 /mnt/hdc4 -t ntfs -o iocharset=utf8
加载的，中文文件名可正常显示。
用mount -t ext3 /dev/hdc1 /mnt/hdc1 -o iocharset=utf8
mount -t ext3 /dev/hdc1 /mnt/hdc1 -o iocharset=cp936
都不行，提示出错。

/etc/sysconfig/i18n文件内容如下：
LANG="zh_CN.UTF-8"
SYSFONT="none"

错误信息：
[root@localhost su]# mount -t ext3 /dev/hdc1 /mnt/hdc1 -o iocharset=utf8
mount: /dev/hdc1 already mounted or /mnt/hdc1 busy
mount: according to mtab, /dev/hdc1 is already mounted on /mnt/hdc1
[root@localhost su]# mount -t ext3 /dev/hdc1 /mnt/hdc1 -o iocharset=cp936
mount: /dev/hdc1 already mounted or /mnt/hdc1 busy

查过很多公社的帖子，但是还是解决不了。太复杂的看不懂。

卸载掉重新挂载也不行：
[root@localhost .su]# mount -t ext3 /dev/hdc1 /mnt/hdc1 -o iocharset=utf8

FC的codepage好像不是这个样子挂的

那应该怎么办，以前ext3的分区直接挂上就可以了，不加什么codepage也不会乱码呀
