安装 VMware 时出现内核不匹配问题

The directory of kernel headers (version 2.4.22-1.2115.nptlcustom) does not
match your running kernel (version 2.4.22-1.2115.nptl).  Even if the module wereto compile successfully, it would not load into the running kernel.

我重编译过内核, 但是编译失败了, 我就重新光盘安装, 安装了一部分,
系统提示光盘介质损坏, 我就没有装完, 但是系统内核已经安装了, 所以可以
进入系统, 不过出现上面的问题了, 还有 MP3 也挂载不上了, 但是现在我又不
想重装, 不知道有什么办法没?? 如果要编译内核, 要特别注意些什么, 我都失败
两次了.(每次系统到 Kernel panic: No init found. Try passing init= option to kernel.
那就卡住了)

uname -a ，看看你的内核版本号具体是多少，然后apt-get install kernel****-*****或urpmi kernel***-*****

没有这些命令啊?
