automake和libtools的版本。

可能我们的automake和libtools版本都不一样。估计我上传的代码你又重新配置了一下吧。这下在我机器上又有automake和libtools的问题了。很多文件又许要重新拷贝一下。看来这个问题需要优先解决。

我已经ci了autogen.sh了
改了autotools的配置后执行一下autogen.sh就行了
把configure等放到svn上是当时的一个小错误
