apt-get install不能安装的问题

最近想在LINUX上装“飞鸽传书”在网上查说对以下的包有依赖关系
libxml-parser-perl libgnomeui-dev libpanel-applet2-dev
于是我想用下面的命令来安装可是遇到了问题
apt-get install libxml-parser-perl libgnomeui-dev libpanel-applet2-dev
输出如下：
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
E: Couldn't find package libxml-parser-perl
不太清楚原因是什么，希望有人能帮我解决，谢谢

没有libxml-parser-perl这个包。不过飞鸽传书好像并不一定要上面的包吧。

apt-get install libgnomeui的输出是这样的
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Package libgnomeui has no available version, but exists in the database.

never uploaded, has been obsoleted or is not available with the contents
of sources.list
E: Package libgnomeui has no installation candidate

没有libgnomeui这个包的原因，好像./configure有个参数可以不用gnome的。

我又这样输入：
./configure --without-gnome
像您说的想停用gnome 包
可输出的结果是一样的

把gnome换成gnomeui试过了，结果也是一样
