redhat 8.0 装了fans-simsum-rh8-2

我装了fans-simsum-rh8-2002.10.30-4.i386.rpm（从linuxfans.org下的），然后在图形界面中安装了，之后就是Galeon乱码，中文输入法也用不了了，galon中的中文都不能正常显示，但是网页仍然可以浏览，Mozilla
我得是英文版的，暂时没有乱码，可就是中文输入不行。
各位大侠帮我看看啊！
i had installed it in GUI.
and now ,it coudln't be uninstalled!
how to deal with it ?
there is the output:
[root@king root]# rpm -i fans-simsum-rh8-2002.10.30-4.i386.rpm
package fans-simsum-rh8-2002.10.30-4 is already installed
[root@king root]# rpm -e fans-simsum-rh8-2002.10.30-4.i386.rpm
error: package fans-simsum-rh8-2002.10.30-4.i386.rpm is not installed
[root@king root]# and then ,i don't know how to get rid of it!
PS:i have installed simsun.ttc into the directory:/usr/local/zhfonts
i'm using minichinput.

我已经在root的字符界面下卸过了
卸不掉！
[root@king root]# rpm -i fans-simsum-rh8-2002.10.30-4.i386.rpm
package fans-simsum-rh8-2002.10.30-4 is already installed
[root@king root]# rpm -e fans-simsum-rh8-2002.10.30-4.i386.rpm
error: package fans-simsum-rh8-2002.10.30-4.i386.rpm is not installed
