我们学校提供在线电视，但在LINUX下看不了，问了别人，提供一下答复：
some ways...ordered by difficulty
1.
restart to windows and watch
2.
install VMware and install windows to watch
3.
compile the newest wine and install window media player to watch..
4.
modified the Xine, and recompile it to be .nsc supported.
5..
wait for those fans finish the reverse engineering for nsc codec.
