请教:内核编译以后声卡的问题!

请教有关内核编译后声卡的问题
我重新编了内核,把声卡那一项只选了支持声卡,后面的全都去掉了,本来想装oss的声卡驱动的,结果出现了如下的错误信息:

You seem to have OSS/Free statically linked into kernel.
You need to reconfigure and reinstall the kernel
with sound support disabled.
想请教一下各位,是什么原因?
我用的是redhat9,在编译内核前是能装上oss声卡驱动的

我的也有上面的问题，我用的是xteam，用7.0的时候没有这个问题，正在尝试中……

那你有没有试一下其他的驱动呢?

ok, choose that sound core as M not Y, then make bzImage, modules, module_install, reboot. and try again.

这倒是可以的,不过有点麻烦,又要重新进行makeconfig,需要半个小时左右,\有没有更简便的方法呢?能够就选这一个模块的,其他的不用管的呢?

after u make menuconfig, u need not do make mrproper and make clean,  then u should need several minutes only.

不知道这样行不行:
选择一个.config文件,也就是以前的那个,进行make xconfig,把所有的m都去掉,然后进行
make modules,这也是网上一篇文章所说的那样,但是好像不行啊,提示出错
make -r -f tmp_include_depends all

make[1]: tmp_include_depends: 没有那个文件或目录
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `tmp_include_depends'.  Stop.

你知道你的做法是什么?
make xconfig以后还有个make dep我也去掉了,不知道那个能不能去掉!

i never do that, i do not think that is a good way.
if u have compile kernel before and now u only change some minor from Y to M or M to Y, u only need  do make bzImage, modules, modules_install in most of the time. there is a post here have a good method to compile one module only, u can search, maybe in that "nei he bian yi jian fa".
