help: i cannot input Chinese~

after i use " 最新版rh9字体美化包更新到fontconfig-2.2.0" on my  redhat9 i find i cannot input chinese anymore.
i had uninstalled miniChinput  and install fcixt but it seems not work.
What should i do now?
