不知为什么，我一使用RedHat更新代理就出错呢？

我用的是RH9。使用RH更新代理时，到了第3步时就出现以下错误提示信息：


The server indicated an error:

Error Class Code: 3
Error Class Info: This uname is already taken.
Explanation:
     An error has occurred while processing your request. If this problem
     persists please enter a bug report at bugzilla.redhat.com.
     If you choose to submit the bug report, please be sure to include
     details of what you were trying to do when this error occurred and
     details on how to reproduce this problem.

我该怎么办啊！
