请问是怎么找回grub引导程序？

我今天早上还在玩Mandrake9.1，我装了一个xmms的查件就没动了，然后我安全关机，下午来了，机器就出现了下面这样
Verifying DME Pool Data......
disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter
后来重启就自动进到grub了
grub>root (hd0,6)
Filesystem type unknown, partition type 0*82


我又
grub>root (hd0,   　　 //注：我按Tab补上的那个0就出现了下面这段

partition num 0, filesystem type is fat, partition type 0*b
partition num 4, filesystem type is fat, partition type 0*b
partition num 5,
error 18:selected cylinder exceeds maximun sypported by bois
请问这是怎么回事，我要怎么才能把grub给找回来，谢谢！

我顶,我现在过的都是用软盘引导系统的生活,我想恢复原来的grub引导界面啊,那位帮帮忙

放入linux起动光盘，选择升级，然后什么都不选，在选择grub还是lilo起动的时候选择grub并且新建grub试试看！

你用的是那个版本的linux？Mandrake9.1我倒会！
