请帮忙看看lsmod的出错信息

Kernel requires old lsmod,but couldn't run lsmod.old:No such file or drectory.
运行lsmod出现以上信息，是那里出了问题？

i guess u already update to 2.6.0 and install new module-init-tools. now u run old 2.4.x kernel and want to run lsmod, right?

i do not do this, can u use find to search lsmod*?

you are right.the new version lsmod can't use in the 2.4.x kernel?
by the way,do the module-init-tools effect the recompilering kernel?

u need that to lsmod, insmod, rmmod in 2.6.x kernel. but should have no impact on compiling kernel.

i think so, i did not test them. i still use the 2.4.21 on my laptop. no time to test 2.6.0 more deeply yet. although i had compiled and boot a 2.6.0 test1 last month.
